Somebody built a website to monitor which accusations gain traction across the political spectrum. This one monitors which insults gain traction across the Barbato spectrum, which is narrower, and is mostly just one guy in a nice shirt who now has production access and a seat on the HOA.

Definition. A man who owns a domain, a chart library, and opinions about type hierarchy, and who is nonetheless a fancy boy.
First documented. Approximately four seconds after the phrase “political linguistics tracker” entered general discourse.
Usage note. Deploy gently. He will pretend it doesn’t land. It lands.
Suck my left nut Both ways
Definition. The foundational charge. Predates the website, the domain, and possibly Barbato himself.
Direction. Documented both ways, but he only ever says it after losing an argument, which is why it is classified under “both” and not “wins.”
Usage note. Specify left. Precision is what separates linguistics from name-calling.

Definition. A man who vibe-coded his way into a DevOps title and now holds production access, a pager, and no theory of what any of it does.
First documented. The day he called it “the pipeline.” It was a GitHub Action he asked a model to write, and he approved it without opening the file.
Usage note. His disaster recovery plan is a new chat window. His rollback plan is the same chat window, but panicked.

Definition. Beige enforcement officer. Draws his entire authority from eleven people and a folding table, and has never once let you forget it.
Observed behavior. Will measure your grass to the quarter inch. Cannot tell you what a subnet is. Sends violation notices about trash can placement from a laptop running code he can’t read.
Usage note. He has clipboard energy now. No shirt, however fancy, is hiding it.

Definition. The oldest law in operations, and the one he is going to learn live, at 3 a.m., in front of everyone.
Direction. Currently he says it to sound like he belongs. Eventually it will be said to him, slowly, by someone senior.

Transparency
Method, and what this cannot tell you
Counting an insult is not reading it. Frequency tells you a charge is in the air, not that it is true. In this case, though, it is true.
All curves are modeled. Unlike some trackers, we do not pretend a Python script will fix that later. There is no corpus. There is one Barbato, and he is currently too high to be a reliable data source.
Two variables are excluded from the model because they are not measurable, only survivable: his production access and his seat on the HOA. One of them will eventually page him at 3 a.m. The other one already pages the rest of us.
This site was built with HTML and CSS only. No frameworks, no scripts, no fetch step, no “run this tool first.” It just works, fancy boy.
